Данное руководство содержит: непосредственное описание каждого из этапов исследования – от планирования до презентации результатов; чек-лист подготовки к исследованию, которое служит инструментов самопроверки исследовательской команды и позволяет убедиться, что исследовательницы готовы приступить к реализации проекта; примеры инструментария и сопроводительной документации исследования, которые могут использованы как шаблоны.

Drawing on multiple data sources, this Global Status Report provides a snapshot of how countries are advancing on their journeys towards school-based comprehensive sexuality education (CSE) across the world. CSE is central to children and young people’s well-being, equipping them with the knowledge and skills they need to make healthy and responsible choices in their lives. This body of work assesses a range of factors to paint a picture of the global status of CSE, including laws and policies, coverage, curricula, delivery and enabling environment. It includes case studies and data at the regional and national levels as well as specific lessons learned.

This progress report of the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) is one in a series of thematic reports based on information submitted by reporting countries in 2020 on monitoring implementation of the Dublin Declaration on Partnership to Fight HIV/AIDS.

In 2020, 40 out of 55 countries in Europe and Central Asia provided the latest available data on all four stages of the continuum of HIV care (compared to 34 countries in 2018). A total of 45 countries were able to provide data for at least two consecutive stages of the continuum of HIV care (compared to 42 in 2018).

With the end of 2020 approaching, the latest data from countries show both progress and challenges. As the complex reality of HIV epidemics is increasingly understood, more HIV responses are sharpening their ability to identify gaps and develop strategies to reach people who are being left behind. However, too few countries have taken sufficient action to reach the interim milestones, leaving the world off track to achieve the three zeros by 2030.

Measurable targets were set for 2030, and the United Nations (UN) General Assembly later articulated interim 2020 milestones in the 2016 Political Declaration on Ending AIDS:

To reduce new HIV infections to fewer than 500 000 by 2020.
To reduce AIDS-related deaths to fewer than 500 000 by 2020.
To eliminate HIV-related stigma and discrimination by 2020.

UNAIDS report on the global AIDS epidemic shows that 2020 targets will not be met because of deeply unequal success; COVID-19 risks blowing HIV progress way off course. Missed targets have resulted in 3.5 million more HIV infections and 820 000 more AIDS-related deaths since 2015 than if the world was on track to meet the 2020 targets. In addition, the response could be set back further, by 10 years or more, if the COVID-19 pandemic results in severe disruptions to HIV services.

This assessment on the impact of COVID-19 on sex workers’ access to health services in Europe and Central Asia was developed by the International Committee on the Rights of Sex Workers in Europe (ICRSE) and the Sex Workers’ Rights Advocacy Network (SWAN) through consultations with their memberhips.

This resource was developed as part of a monitoring exercise to document the impact of COVID-19 pandemic and related measures on sex workers’ access to health services. Whilst the resource does not intend to be exhaustive and final, it gives a detailed overview of the issues faced by sex workers in accessing health services, and brings focus on some specific needs and demands of sex workers in Europe and Central Asia. In particular, it highlights the crucial work done by community-led organisations to fill the gaps in health services, protect sex workers and their families from risks of COVID-19, HIV and STIs and support their safety and security.

The conference in Minsk gave the participants a feeling of strength and inspiration, support and sisterhood, love and self-confidence. The conference was organized and conducted by Deutsche Aidshilfe (German Association of HIV Service Organizations), as part of the German Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs program “Development of Cooperation with Civil Society in the Eastern Partnership Countries and Russia”.

This document celebrates the wealth of fierce activism around our sexual and reproductive health and rights led by inspiring women living with HIV who are cracking the whip for the changes we want, which are long overdue. This work is characterized by being poorly funded, unrecognized and rarely documented in peer-reviewed journals.

This guideline is meant to help countries to more effectively and efficiently plan, develop and monitor programmes and services that promote gender equality and human rights and hence are more acceptable and appropriate for women living with HIV, taking into account the national and local epidemiological context. It discusses implementation issues that health interventions and service delivery must address to achieve gender equality and support human rights.
