In collaboration with the GBQMSM Department of Deutsche Aidshilfe, AIDS Action Europe organized a two-day European GBQMSM Networking meeting on 12th and 13th December 2023.
The presentations and discussion were selected based on the needs and interests of over 30 representatives of CSOs who joined the event, both online and face-to-face. We also invited Steph Niaupari, Exuality Outreach Manager at Grindr, to discuss the possibilities of HIV and STI prevention using the app, and Tamás Bereczky, project coordinator of the European MSM and Trans* People Internet Survey (EMIS) to present the new, more inclusive and comprehensive round of the online study. We also discussed DoxyPEP, migration, and mental health, among other issues concerning gay, bisexual, queer, and other men who have sex with men.
