Access to health care for illegal immigrants in the EU: should we be concerned?

Illegal immigrants have very limited access to public health care in the European countries. Even in life threatening situations (such as HIV/AIDS infection) or when the public health is at risk. Immigrants should have effective access to health car as mandated by Human Rights laws.
