The European HIV Legal Forum project aims to improve access to HIV combination prevention by addressing legal and policy barriers that limit community-based service delivery in the EU. The project is designed to support evidence-based, country-specific advocacy in five selected EU countries to strengthen access to prevention services in community settings.
Key activities of the project include:
- A desk review of national legal and policy frameworks affecting community-based HIV combination prevention services.
- Selection of partner organisations in five EU countries based on potential impact and advocacy readiness.
- Strategic planning with partners to define advocacy priorities and design targeted activities.
- Implementation of advocacy actions via the mini-grants.
- Development of a lessons-learned report highlighting effective approaches and obstacles.
- Dissemination of results and good practice.
