The annual meeting of the EU Health Policy Platform will be held on 19 April.
As part of the morning session, Thematic Networks, including the Thematic Network on HIV, TB, viral hepatitis, and STIs led by the EU Civil Society Forum will present the Joint Statements. Joint Statements will cover four following areas:
- anti-discrimination & health equity;
- HIV, Tuberculosis, Viral Hepatitis and Sexually Transmitted Infections;
- Mental Health in All Policies
- Navigating Health Inequalities in the EU through Artificial intelligence.
The Statements will be followed by a roundtable to share the lessons learned and possible improvements for next cycles.
The afternoon session (13:30-16:30 CET) will be dedicated to the first results of the study assessing the EU Health Policy Platform. The contractor in charge of the study will present the process that was followed and the primary findings, after which a break-out session will be held where both participants onsite and online can provide input and exchange ideas.
