In the 2014-2015 project phase the European HIV Legal Forum produced a comparative legal report based on legal survey from 10 European countries (France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Serbia, Spain and the United Kingdom). The legal report also includes a collection of main international regulations in favour of the right to healthcare, leading European laws related to the right to healthcare and European case law.
