Case study of Public Policy Dialogue by the Ukrainian Network of People living with HIV

At the AIDS Action Europe seminar on Public Policy Dialogue Olga Dieieva spoke about the key advocacy point for treatment activists to ensure governmental support and sustainability of GFATM programmes. In this presentation the successes of advocacy that led to governmental support of reforms in the system of procurement, to ensure transparency and equal involvement of PLWHA experts in the Ukraine were shown.
