The HIV Legal Forum kicked-off with a pilot phase initiated by five AIDS Action Europe member organisations: Swiss AIDs Federation, LILA Milano, Hungarian Civil Liberties Union, National AIDS Trust (UK) and STI AIDS Netherlands. The questionnaire has led to some valuable insights into the differences in health systems and its effects on access to treatment and services for migrants in an irregular situation that are living with HIV in the five countries that participated in this pilot survey.
