This policy briefing shows how the Alliance linking organisation, Initiative Privée et Communautaire Contre le VIH/SIDA (IPC) successfully implemented the World Bank Multi-Country HIV/AIDS Program (MAP) in Burkina Faso. It shows the role that non-governmental organisations (NGOs) can play as intermediaries between civil society, governments and international donors in channeling funding and technical support.
