Report of the NGO delegation to the 24th PCB

Each year, the NGO Delegation’s report to the UNAIDS Programme Coordinating Board (PCB) aims to highlight the major concerns stemming from our constituents. This report emphasizes the necessity of ensuring that harm reduction strategies remain an aspect of the response to HIV and AIDS; the importance of the inclusion of sex workers in any policy that affects them; and a request for an analysis of the impacts of the current financial crisis on achieving universal access.
