In 2011, 5 Dutch NGOs, 4 global key population networks and more than 70 in-country partner organisations started working together in the programme Bridging the Gaps – Health and Rights for Key Populations. Main goal of this partnership, funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign affairs, is to achieve universal access to HIV/STI prevention, treatment, care and support for key populations. Two years into the programme, it has collected some of its main achievements thus far in this publication.
