A national conference for people living with HIV as a public policy dialog methodology

At the AIDS Action Europe seminar on Public Policy Dialogue Wojcieck Tomczynski spoke about the challenges when organising a national conference as a tool to change policies and influence decision makers. Wojcieck talked the participants of the workshop through the workings of the conference he organised in Poland.
